The program will start in Montreal with stops in Toronto, Etobicoke, Calgary and Vancouver. The Team Lead will be working and managing local brand representatives as well as facilitating the day-to-day operations of this program while traveling across Canada, all expenses paid, for 8 weeks!</p> <p>Skill set:<br /> ? Experience as Team Lead or Field Marketing Manager on at least 2 previous accounts (National tour experience preferred)<br /> ? Previous promotional experience<br /> ? Previous customer service experience<br /> ? Previous experience working with children is a <span class="caps">MUST</span> <br /> ? Previous training experience to groups of 10 people or more<br /> ? Bilingual (preferred but not required – English & French)<br /> ? Outgoing and professional personality<br /> ? Great event management & staff collaboration skills<br /> ? Young and energetic self-starter who is efficient and organized<br /> ? Able to lift up to 50 lbs. for event set up and tear down <br /> ? Valid drivers license and a clean driving record<br /> ? Competent and confident long distance driver </p> <p>Job Responsibilities:<br /> ? Aid in the management of a unique brand mall tour traveling across Canada<br /> ? Increase awareness of the product/brand<br /> ? Managing relationships with the malls when on site <br /> ? Overseeing the project runs flawlessly in every location from set up to tear down.<br /> ? Educate, train and manage in-market staff in each location<br /> ? Assist with set-up as well as break down of all event elements<br /> ? Assist with the training process of all in-market staff<br /> ? Manage the tour\&#8216;s inventory as well as all tour elements<br /> ? Interact with consumers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner<br /> ? Coordinate daily schedules for in-market staff<br /> ? Act as a liaison between client and in-market staff<br /> ? Conduct site visits prior to all events to ensure smooth and efficient set-up / break down <br /> ?
